Sullivans International · Since 2003
Sullivans is a factory-backed yarn supplier for OEM, wholesale, and private-label programs. Use this page to start a yarn sample or shade-card request. Share whatever you already know — we follow up within one business day. Style number or hand-feel, composition, count (Nm) or gauge, end use, quantity, destination, shade, and certifications all help when you have them. TBD or “need recommendation” is welcome. Shade, Pantone, and certifications are confirmed per order (Trusted & Certified). Ask for the card on the quote form or by WhatsApp. Sampling steps, lab dips, and MOQ stay in the Buying Guides linked below.
Tell us what you already know. TBD or “need recommendation” is welcome — missing fields will not block your inquiry.
Style number or hand-feel
A catalog style number, or the hand-feel you need to match. A reference link is useful when you name what must match.
Composition
Fiber and percentage, or “match the reference.” We confirm the material on the quoted style.
Count / Nm or gauge
Nm, count, or the gauge you knit. If unknown, write “TBD — need recommendation.”
End use
Garment, blanket kit, craft retail, or another channel.
Quantity / MOQ intent
Sample grams or cones now, and the bulk kilograms, cones, or pieces you expect later.
Destination port
Port or country if you have one — helps with freight; skip if TBD.
Shade / Pantone
Shade number, Pantone, or a warm/cool description when you do not have a code yet.
Certifications
GRS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, BSCI, or another standard — confirmed per material and order.
Packaging
Cone, ball, or hank, and any private-label intention.
Timeline
Sample window and the bulk delivery you have in mind.
A shade card is a set of approved colors for one style. A sample is a cut, cone, or ball of that style in the shade you name.
Request the card or the sample on the quote form or WhatsApp. We confirm whether a stock card, a cut, or a lab dip fits the style, then quote grams, charges, and timing. Lab-dip work, when a new shade is developed, typically takes 7–10 days. Bulk MOQ and lead time follow shade approval.

End use, style number or hand-feel, composition, count/Nm or gauge, quantity intent, and destination port. Shade, Pantone, certifications, packaging, and timeline help when you have them. If the count is unknown, write “TBD — need recommendation.”
Mark the request as a shade card on the quote form or WhatsApp and name the style number or the fiber family. We send the card for that program with your quote.
Sample charges and freight depend on the style and destination. When a new shade or construction is developed, sample and lab-dip work typically takes 7–10 days. Bulk lead time is quoted after the shade is approved.
Yes. Send the Pantone, a physical swatch, or the reference you want matched, plus the end use. Lab-dip approval sits in front of bulk dyeing. Development charges follow the number of colors.
Give the sample weight you want now and the bulk quantity you expect later, in kilograms, cones, or pieces. MOQ is then quoted by style, color, and packaging.
Name GRS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, BSCI, or another standard when that market requires it. We confirm availability for the material and the order. Trusted & Certified means the standard is discussed per project, and a certificate is confirmed before it is treated as present on a SKU.
