About the East China Fair (ECF)
The East China Fair is known as China’s first major trade exhibition of the year. Jointly organised by nine provinces and cities in East China, it has long adhered to the goal of focusing on East China, radiating across the nation, and reaching the world. The fair plays a vital role in helping Chinese export enterprises explore overseas markets, build brands, and foster innovation. It is widely regarded as a barometer for the international market and a key indicator of China’s import and export trends.
The 34th ECF will be held from March 1 to March 4, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, with a total exhibition area of 115,000 square meters. The fair features four professional sub-exhibitions (Garments & Apparel, Textiles & Fabrics, Home Products, Gifts & Decoration) and two professional zones (Overseas Products, Cross-border E-commerce). This edition will also include a Procurement Matchmaking Zone to facilitate direct communication between buyers and exhibitors.

How to Get There (Transportation)
By Metro
- Line 7: Take Line 7 to Huamu Road Station, leave from Exit 5, and enter through Entrance 2 in the lobby. Shuttle buses are available inside the venue.
- Line 2: Take Line 2 to Longyang Road Station, then walk approximately 10 minutes to Entrance 1 (near Hall E1).
By Car
- SNIEC is located at the intersection of Longyang Road and Luoshan Road, with easy access from downtown Shanghai via Nanpu Bridge or Yangpu Bridge.
- Parking: Use P4, P5, or P6 (approximately 10 RMB per hour, 80 RMB daily cap; fees subject to venue regulations). Enter through Entrance 1 or Entrance 2.
Visitor Registration & Entry
The East China Fair requires real-name pre-registration for visitors. Buyers can pre-register for free by scanning the official QR code (available on the fair’s website and promotional materials). On arrival:
- Present your registration QR code at the designated area in the registration hall to exchange for a physical buyer’s pass.
- Domestic visitors: After security check, use your ID card to swipe through the turnstile.
- International visitors: After security check, use facial recognition at the turnstile to enter.
Visitors who register with a document other than an ID card must upload a 2-inch photo during registration for verification.
