About the Canton Fair
The China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as the Canton Fair (广交会), is China's oldest, largest, and most comprehensive international trade event. Established in 1957, it is held twice a year in Guangzhou and serves as a comprehensive platform for international trade, bringing together manufacturers, buyers, and distributors from around the world.
The 139th Canton Fair will be held in spring 2026 across three phases, with each phase dedicated to different product categories. The fair is jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and operated by the China Foreign Trade Centre.

Phase 3 runs from May 1–5, 2026, and focuses on:

How to Get There (Transportation)
From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
By Metro (Subway) – Recommended
The most convenient and cost-effective way to reach the Pazhou Complex:
- Board Line 3 (North Extended Line) at Jichang Nan Station (Airport South Station) toward Tiyu Xi Station.
- Transfer to Line 3 at Tiyu Xi Station and continue to Kecun Station.
- Transfer to Line 8 at Kecun Station toward Wanshengwei.
- Exit at:
- Xingang Dong Station (新港东站) for Area A of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit A)
- Pazhou Station (琶洲站) for Area B & C of the Canton Fair Complex (Exits A, B, or C)

Cost: Approximately 10–15 RMB
By Airport Express Bus
Guangzhou Airport Express offers a direct shuttle bus between Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and the Canton Fair Complex.
- Frequency: Every 30 minutes
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour
- Cost: Approximately 30 RMB
By Taxi or Ride-Hailing
Tell the driver: "Canton Fair", "Pazhou" (琶洲), or "广交会" in Chinese.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour (depending on traffic)
- Cost: Approximately 150–200 RMB (taxi fare is 2.6 RMB/km)
Note: Traffic around the Pazhou Complex can be congested during the fair. We recommend using the metro for faster and more reliable travel.
From Guangzhou City Center
- By Metro: Take Line 8 to Pazhou Station or Xingang Dong Station.
- By Taxi: Tell the driver "Canton Fair" or "Pazhou" (琶洲).
Parking
If you arrive by car, parking is available at the Pazhou Complex. However, parking spaces fill up quickly during the fair, and traffic congestion is common. We strongly recommend using public transportation.
Visitor Registration & Entry
The Canton Fair requires pre-registration for all visitors. Overseas buyers can register for free via the official Canton Fair website.

- Choose "Login" or "Overseas Buyer Registration"
- Complete the registration form and submit required documents
- Receive your Buyer Badge code
First-time Canton Fair Buyer Badges are free and valid for multiple sessions.

- Buyers' Registration Office at the Canton Fair Complex
Entry Process
- Show your registration QR code at the registration hall to exchange for a physical Buyer Badge.
- Pass through security and use your ID or facial recognition to enter the exhibition halls.
Important: Pre-registration saves significant time. On-site registration can take 2–3 hours during peak periods.
